The illustration commissions listed here are intended for personal use only.
This means that the works I create for you are only intended for yourself or other non-commercial reasons. For example: as a desktop/phone wallpaper or for use on your personal social media. Maybe even hang it up in your home. Or even better, maybe it's a gift for a loved one!
This does not mean that you can use these artworks for commercial purposes. For example: putting them on products you intend to sell like posters, t-shirts, mugs, etc. This also means you can't just use them as merch or branding for your own business. However if that is something you want to do, I'm also a graphic designer and I'd love to work with you! Please email me here and we can talk about your branding and prices!

You are not allowed to claim the commissioned work as your own.
This should be self explanatory. I'd highly appreciate if you link back to me and my stuff if anyone asks you who drew it. If I catch you posting the work without proper credit or claiming it as your own, I will take immediate action against it.
I have the right to refuse your commission if I'm not comfortable completing it for you.
I will not draw anything that revolves around these themes/subjects:
- Hentai/porn (however; risque outfits/partial nudity is fine with me)
- Shota/Loli/pedophilia content
- Excessive gore
- Bigotry of any kind (no homophobia/racism/sexism etc. etc. etc.)
- Highly detailed scenes or detailed machinery (not at this time, at least)
- My greatest strength is people but I don't mind drawing animals/anthros/furries. That being said: no furry porn.
- Anything else at my discretion that I'm uncomfortable with.
I still retain the copyrights to the work and will use them for my own non-commercial use.
Basically: The commission won't be available for sale afterwards and I will only ever show your commission around as a portfolio piece on my social media and on my websites.
All my prices are in USD (united states dollar) and i do all my business through paypal.
Everything's digital my dudes. 😎👌
Also: friendly reminder that I now have payment plan options available! Please indicate in your order form if you are interested in exploring payment plan options. When I respond back to you I will give you all the details on how that will work.

I require reference pictures, you will need to provide these.
- If I'm drawing a picture of you or a friend or whoever, please give me a picture of them to reference.
- If I'm drawing your favorite character from some game/show/anime/movie/etc please provide screenshots/pictures of them as reference.
- If I'm drawing your OC or D&D character or something of your own creation and you have reference images of what they look like, please provide those. If you don't have those, then you can supply me with images from Google to reference in addition to a description.
- If you have a very specific scene or imagery or outfit or hairstyle or whatever you have in mind, please provide reference images for that.
- You can literally draw a rough stickperson concept of what you want drawn in Microsoft Paint with text notes all over it and send it to me (along with googled images if you want) and it would still be super helpful!
The first payment is non-refundable and i charge fees for rush jobs.
Yes, even if you cancel the commission, you will not be getting the initial payment back unless there is some really wacky extenuating circumstances.
If you commission me and you need a quick turnaround for the work, I will charge a rush fee for it. The rush fee is dependent on the size of the job, and how fast you want it. The fee can range anywhere from +25% of the original price to +100%. If the job is truly not doable for me under the circumstances you've given me, I will reject it.
In our discussion, I will calculate the price of the job and any fees that will occur and I'll go over it with you before I send the invoice.
Note: In the case of printed physical commissions, this will add an extra layer to the fees since I go to a third party for all my printing. Please keep this in mind.

You're not allowed to trace or alter the work without my permission.
There's little things like; cropping an image a little bit so it can fit as a wallpaper on your phone or your twitter avatar or putting little emoji stickers on it and that's perfectly fine with me.
But then there's taking the work and tracing, recoloring, and editing it to post publicly and pass it off as your own. This bleeds into my "don't claim the work as your own" rule. If I see this happening, I will take immediate action.
(Meme edits/humorous photoshops are fine, just let people know where the drawing came from if they ask. :) )

commissions with a payment plan may be completed slower than a typical commission.
These commissions will take longer to complete than a usual commission because:
- The payments are spread out over a certain amount of time instead of everything being paid at once when requested.
- After half of the full commission price has been paid, I will check back in with you to see if you have any new ideas or want to make any changes to the commission. Only after halfway point will I start working on the commission.
- I will not be giving you your fully finished piece until all the payments have been made successfully.
You'RE not allowed to turn any commission i make for you into an nft.
If you don't know what an NFT is:
You're good. It's best to stay sane and keep out of it.
If you've been cursed with the knowledge of what an NFT is:
I do not consent to having my work anywhere near the crypto-art space. I still own the copyrights to the work as stated above and I will take any action I reasonably can against this prohibited usage of my work.
If you want to invest in a craptocurrency so bad; check out my FungusTokens instead.

Commissioning me to do personal custom artwork for you means that you automatically agree to follow my terms and conditions.
If that's alright with you, go right ahead to the commission order form and place your order!
